Forging Design

The Company's strong technical capability begins with its Engineering Department, which creates forging designs to meet customer specifications and requirements, with seamless customer interface and support. Pro-Engineer CAE software is used for solid modeling of forgings and forging dies.

Computer simulation capability, using Deform software, enhances the ability of the Company's engineers to predict how the forging process will affect the metal being forged, from initial blow through final pass, as well as the projected strain on the equipment being used. Such computer modeling allows the Company to progress much more rapidly from design to production run, without the need for the traditional repeated trial and error approach.
